ARGILLA PROJECT
Wood Species: Cherry with Mahogany Stain
Cooling Unit: Wine Guardian Ducted Air Handler
Room Size: 20 ' x 13'
Bottle Capacity: 1,800 bottles
The Argilla project was a wine racking installation job. The client had another contractor finish the wine cellar space. All cabinets and wine racks were designed and built in our shop. The wine cellar racking is cherry with a mahogany stain and the racking capacity is approximately 1,800 bottles. The racking consists of individual bottle storage, double deep bottle storage, magnum, wood case, and large format display storage. Some unique features are the walnut countertops, engraving, the humidor and bar area, and the curved large format display cabinet. This room is conditioned by a Wine Guardian Ducted Air handler unit. The entry door was purchased by the client, but the glass etching was designed and sandblasted in our shop.

BEACHSIDE PROJECT
Wood Species: Unfinished Red Oak
Cooling Unit: WhisperKool Ductless Split system
Room Size: 14' x 10'
Bottle Capacity: 1,200 bottles
The Beachside project was a wine racking installation job. The client had another contractor finish the wine cellar space. All cabinets and wine racks were designed and built in our shop. The wine cellar racking is made of unfinished red oak and the racking capacity is approximately 1,400 bottles. The racking consists of individual bottle storage, double deep storage below counter height, magnum, diamond bins, wood cases, and full extension drawers for liquor and cigars. 

Some unique features are the humidor, stemware cabinets. The decanting was designed with a stemware rack above open and adjustable shelving with individual display cabinets to the left and right. The overhead lighting was designed to shine through the stemware rack. This room is conditioned by a WhisperKool Ductless Split system.

THE MILL POND PROJECT
Wood Species: Cherry with Nutmeg Stain
Cooling Unit: Wine Guardian Ductless Split
Room Size: 14 ' x 13'
Bottle Capacity: 1,680 bottles
The Mill Pond project was a build out and wine racking installation job. We incorporated an area from an unused basement location, punched a hole through the living room wall, and created the Tasting Room and Wine Cellar. All cabinets, doors, and wine racks were designed and built in our shop. The doors are full view glass cherry with a nutmeg stain. Two glass cabinets flank the door into the wine cellar from the tasting room.

The wine cellar racking is cherry with a nutmeg stain and the racking capacity is approximately 1,680 bottles. The racking consists of individual bottles, magnum, wood cases, and large format display storage. Some unique features are the copper top humidor at the end of the peninsula and the low voltage lit display row around the perimeter of the room. This room is conditioned by a Wine Guardian Ductless Split unit. The evaporator is inside the cellar, behind the peninsula. The condenser is located remotely in the client’s basement.
